Dagubi Licenses

Before you buy a product, you have the opportunity to try out articles from the Free Media offer.
The Free Media products are free.
This gives you the opportunity to convince yourself of the quality of the Dagubi products.
Due to the nature of digital items, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Refunds are not possible for the reason mentioned.
All Free Media articles are only available in the standard license, they are only intended for personal use.

 

Standard License

The Standard License allows you to use a purchased product for personal use and for projects that are not intended for sale.
Any kind of use for commercial purposes is not permitted with the Standard License.
For commercial use, you will need, if it's available a corresponding License.
Please read the details of each License.

• One license per computer.
• Personal use only.
• Unlimited Projects for Personal non-commercial use.
• You may use the Item for an End Product that is free of charge to end users. The end user may not resell the End Product. For this he must purchase a corresponding license.
• You may use and modify the Item to integrate it into other content and to create illustrations.
• End Products have to be significantly different from the purchased item and need time and skill to build them. The purchased Item may only be a part of the End Product.
• Under no circumstances may you allow an end user of an end product to extract the article and use it separately from the end product.
• Under no circumstances may you resell, sublicense, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the purchased Item (e.g. as a Stock, in a tool or template, with source files, and/or integrated into an End Product), not even for free.
• You may not use the Item for business purposes. For example, for logos, advertising, packaging, etc. For all business purposes, you must purchase the corresponding license.
• Under no circumstances may you make the Item accessible on a shared drive.
• You may not publicly display the purchased Item on the Internet as a stand-alone digital file. You agree that you will take all commercially reasonable steps to prevent third parties from accessing or duplicating the original Item.
• You may not register the original Item or the End Product as a trademark.
• You may not misrepresent that the original Item was created by anyone other than Dagubi (Dagubi - Andre Kröker - the copyright holder of this article).
• You are not allowed to sell the product as if it were your own.

 

Extended License

The Extended License allows you to use any Items in any manner permitted under the Standard License.
The Extended License allows you additionally to use the purchased Items for commercial purposes to create one unique End Product intended for sale or to do commissioned work for which your client pay.

• Commercial use.
• One license per computer.
• You may not share the purchased product with your clients or anyone else. They have to acquire their own corresponding license.

 

 Tools License

With the Tools License you can use Items in any way that is allowed under the Standard License.
 The Tools License allows you to use the purchased Items for commercial purposes to create unlimited End Products intended for sale or to do commissioned work for which your Clients pay.

• One license per computer.
• Commercial use.
• Unlimited number of Projects and End Produkts.
• End Products have to be significantly different from the purchased item and need time and skill to build them. The end product must not compete directly with the original asset. The purchased Item may only be a part of the End Product.
• The licensed product must not be used or offered in such a way that the end user can extract the purchased product.
• You may not share the purchased product with your clients or anyone else. They have to acquire their own corresponding license.
• If you have purchased an article from the Tutorial Content assortment in an Tools License, the Tools License only applies to the tools. The included image is subject to the Standard License.
